The booking procedure is rather simple. So you will know exactly how to book with us, we have prepared for you this description in chronological order:

1. Either through our website or via the phone you receive from us the information about our offers and you tell us via fax, phone, email, or through the already prepared answer form on our website, what wishes you have (eg. Seaside, swimming-pool, inland etc.), and for what holiday resort and for what time period you would be interested in. Should you not have a specific object in mind, then we will prepare a selection of offers for you and send them by return mail/email to you.

2. We are now checking if your selected object is available for the time period you would like to book and we will inform you of its availability. Should the object already be booked we will offer you a suitable alternative in the area.

3. Once we have informed you of the availability of the object, please send us per fax the completed booking form so we can process your booking with the landlord / owner of the property.

4. You will receive a confirmation form, which will also serve as a bill, per email.

5. Please transfer the amount (your down payment) as given on the confirmation form and fax us a copy of the bankers draft in order to complete your booking with us.

6. We are looking forward to your stay with us and we will do our best to make your holiday with us a happy one.
