The Villa is divided in the main Villa and a Dependence for other 2 persons:

On the ground floor there is a spacious lounge/dining room with fireplace and a full equipped, open kitchen, all with direct access to the porch that overlooks the pool.

It is certain that the outdoor porch with its large table, barbecue area and swimming pool, is just perfect for evenings spent with friends.

In total the villa offers place for 10+2 persons and is located very peacefully, in a panoramic position in the hilly landscape of the area. The villa offers best comforts for the guests.

The prices of the villa with dependence for 2 more persons are as follows:

Absolute Low season: 3590 Euro/week
Low season: 4270 Euro/week

Mid-High season: 5320 Euro
High season: 5630 Euro/Woche
Absolute High season: 6070 Euro/week

Extra costs and deposit:

Final cleaning: 350 Euro for the use of the main villa
Final cleaning: 390 Euro for the use of the main villa incl. Dependance
240 Euro/week consumption of electricity (air conditioning not considered) is included in the price. Consumtion beyond is charged seperately.
Heating and air conditioning are charged on consumption
Deposit: 500 Euro (refundable)
Final cleaning it’s compulsory. If people stay in a villa more than one week they can choose if they want cleaning of the villa included change of the bed linen and towels during the stay at the same price as final cleaning or just change of bed linen and towels at 10 Euro per guest.
