A charming place for a vacation in Umbria, Italy. Villa Cirillo is a prestigious house set on an estate of 20 hectares and is part of the restoration of a traditional Umbrian architectural complex, which includes other villas.  Villa Cirillo's location allows guests to enjoy the beautiful hilly landscape halfway between Perugia and Todi and guarantees its guests total privacy. The property is privately fenced, with an area of 3000sqm.

The exterior of Villa Cirillo has wonderful panoramic view of the Umbrian hills of the Middle Tiber Valley.  In the garden is the scenic private infinity pool measuring 6 × 12 m, a large hydromassage area equipped with immersion beds; the tub is plastered so as to return a pleasant sensation to the touch. The pool area is furnished with sun loungers, deck chairs, sofas, umbrellas and a solar shower. The barbecue area is also very nice, ideal for beautiful alfresco dining. There is also a large flat area where you can play ball (a regular basketball hoop is available on request).

The Villa

Villa Cirillo has 100sqm of living space and is very accessible and friendly to people with disablities. The house consists of a living area with kitchen and two bedrooms: a suite with king-size beds and bathroom and a double bedroom with king-size bed and private bathroom. Both bathrooms have a double shower. The rooms have direct access to the outdoor area.

In total, Villa Cirillo can comfortably house up to 7 persons, 4 in 2 King beds and other 3 person on sofa beds in the living area on request. The Villa is characterized by particularly modern equipment: access control via home automation, wi-fi, air conditioning, TV in the bedrooms, heating, kitchen with induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, electric shutters.

Villa Cirillo is located within an area of ​​3000 square meters fenced and closed by automated gates. The parking spaces are protected by a canopy. Accessibility includes the entrance to the swimming pool, the barbeque area and also the direct access from the outside to the bathroom of the suite.

Wellness area

One of the best features of the estate is the wellness area, in a well isolated position. Guests can access it exclusively - in the established time slots. The wellness center is equipped with a heated jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath, aromatherapy shower. There is air conditioning, music and a gym. The wellness center is accessed directly from the garden where guests can sunbathe, enjoy herbal teas, read a book or simply relax. The particular windows that surround it create the sensation of being surrounded by nature while being in the hydromassage pool.
