Villa Degas is situated in one of the most prestigious locations in the South of France, only about 20 minutes drive away from Nice and the Côte d'Azur. The Villa will immerse you in the atmosphere of authentic Provence.

A huge private garden of 3 hectares, a heated swimming pool, 9.0m x 4.0m x 2.1m deep, individually designed bedrooms with their bathrooms and a magnificent library will allow you to experience the real life of the French Riviera.

Located on the outskirts of the medieval town of Vence, the Villa sits 300m above the dazzling Côte d’Azur.
Set back from the heat of the coastal metropolis and adjacent to the comparative coolness of the Alpes Maritimes, the villa is only about 35 minutes drive away from Nice Airport.

Pine and Oak drop away to the south through the Malvan Valley, revealing distant sea views.
However, from our southerly aspect, perched above the treetops, the verdant hills reveal little of the developed coastline.
The villa is intentionally retro, with a lived-in, harmonious atmosphere for relaxed living and restorative contemplation.
It is a creative place framed by the lushness of the tropical gardens, the newly planted olive groves and the pine forest beyond.
