The heart of the villa is the spacious sitting room where you can relax on the luxurious sofas and armchairs by the fireplace.
In the spacious garden you can enjoy a private swimming pool, with an enchanting view of the surrounding picturesque hills.
The first floor has four suites, created to guarantee you maximum wellness. The two suites and the two junior suites are a mix of elegance, class and charm. Antique furniture and paintings, king size beds, air conditioning, flat screen TVs and broadband Internet connection.
The perfect blend of art and technology together provides you with comfort in an exclusive environment with an unforgettable atmosphere.
Each spacious bathroom on the first floor features a separate bath and shower cabin. An additional twin room with bathroom with shower is available on the ground floor.
The four suites are all equipped with temperature regulators and safe boxes.

At the ground floor there is a living area with fireplace, a dining area, another living area and a professional kitchen and a small laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Further more there is a separate WC, a double room with 2 single beds and bathroom with shower.
At the first floor there are four bedrooms, each with own bathroom with bathtub and a separate shower. Two of the bedrooms are with double bed, two of the bedrooms have each two single beds.
The Villa has a nice garden with a private pool for the guests and a beautiful terrace.
The Villa is a perfect place to relax in harmony with nature, being also not far from Rome, which is about 90 Km distant from the Villa. The sea also is about 90 Km distant.
