Villa Mochi is a charming holiday rental and part of a beautiful estate in Maremma Tuscany. The estate is enclosed in a 7-hectare garden with a 25m infinity pool, tennis court and pingpong. The villa has undergone recent renovations offering a spacious living of 100 sqm. With two floors and two double bedrooms, it can accommodate 4 people. There are two other villas on the estate, one of which is also rentable all year round, thanks to the mild climate of the region.

Inside the villa you will find a well furnished living room with comfortable sofas and a fireplace. The small yet fully equipped kitchen comes with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, freezer and breakfast table also a coffee machine. Each of the two double rooms has its own with closet and ensuite bathroom with shower. 

The outdoor area features a wonderful wooden porch overlooking a well maintained garden, a perfect spot to enjoy your evenings and mornings. Villa Mochi itself is kept in privacy with a well kept lawn, but you can also access other areas in the property to unwind and relax. The 25m infinity pool is perfect for cooling down in hot summers, a private tennis playground for professionals or amateurs, all part of the amazing package of this holiday rental. The pool is not exclusive, but shared with other guests of the Estate.

Guided tours, wine and food tastings as well as on site cooking classes can be arranged by the property on request. For the avid golfer, there is an 18-hole golf course near Quercia Felice estate. Discover the spa town of Saturnia only 13 mi from the villa, while Capalbio coast is a 30-minute drive away. Take long leisurely walks in nature or do bicycle tours, the best restaurants and local shops are also around this area.
